His breezy songwriting carries the groove that signs off the 2000s while giving nods to Greats like Elton John and Billy Joel. While "Caffeine" tackles the dragging dread of heartache, it feels light and bright with a note of the sweetest berries.
"I love happy songs with sad lyrics," Drazen says in a press release, "Songs that make you want to dance but also have a deeper meaning. 'Caffeine’s sonics match the energy of the honeymoon phase in a relationship, while the lyrics describe feeling hopeless but indifferent."
