Multi-disciplinary independent act Sandflower delivers a transportive sonic and visual experience on her debut album The Quantum Seed, a collection of 15 tracks which expands across genres of electro-pop-rock, punk-rap, synthwave-dubstep in eclectic and versatile blend.
Meant to connect with the universe through sound, poetry, melody and lyrics, the album is complete experience carrying us away on a soulful sensory journey. Taking different moods to match up to the varying genres, the record moves from empowering tones of Goddess Cxlture” to explosive club-ready tracks like “Wild Things Are” and “Shake That Bottom,” with a genre-fluidity that’s signature to Sandflower’s artistry.
Other tracks include “Quicksand,” featuring UNSTOPPABLE DEATH MACHINE as well as "No Regulas," which found itself falling perfectly into place on upcoming film The List directed by Melissa Miller Costanzo.
Pulling on the limitlessness of music, the album is stocked full of bold soundscapes with ethereal, narrative-driven visuals for each individual tracks, taking listeners on visual and aural journey that will stay with us long after the final notes of the hook-laden soundscape drop into silence and the last of the images fade to black.
