UK singer RAY BLK is back with the visuals for her newest single "Run Run". Using her voice as a tool for change, she addresses the knife and gun crime epidemic afflicting London streets.
The multi-talented act delivers a touching piece on the record as she tackles the universal issue of urban crime. Ripping a page from her personal experience, she takes the listener deep into the grime with her emotional lyrics and angelic vocals over an anthemic soundscape. "Run Run" is her first single for new label Island Records and the video was shot by Tom Green who opted for a more symbolic aesthetic and clean shot to really translate the story from wax to our screens. For those that may not be familiar, the African born, London raised Ray Blk, burst on the UK scene in 2015 with her debut single "5050." She followed that with 2016's Durt, a diverse seven track mini-album, which established Ray as an important and powerful new artist coming from the UK.
