Parisian record label Versatile Records was started in 1996 by Gilbert Cohen, and in its years of existence has released a variety of out of the box music from Laurent Garnier, Pépé Bradock and Joakim. One of the label's most memorable cult releases was an EP by I:CUBE of their track "Disco Cubizm." The EP featured an a-side with a remix by Daft Punk, who had been sharing an office space with the the founder of the label at the time of its release in 1997.
In honor of the label celebrating 20 years in 2016, they'll be releasing re-mastered tracks, including "Disco Cubizm" on 12-inch. The EP will also include the b-side, unreleased remix of the track from DJ Gregory. Check out the original below ahead of its reissue.
