This past June, we reviewed RYME's gritty debut EP, Bak Den.  Released on Boys Noize Records to much success on the Beatport charts, the three track effort has a bass-heavy, underground vibe that we love.  Today, we're excited to premiere the DJ duo's latest bootleg, a rework of Nina Simone's "See Lion Woman" which is also a free download.

In accordance with the pair's Chicago House, Baltimore Club, and Detroit Techno influences, "See Lion Woman (Marquis Hawkes Inspired RYME Bootleg)" is a bass-heavy take on the original that will undoubtedly get listeners on the dancefloor.

In addition to the release of this bootleg, RYME's upcoming remix of Don Rimini's "Do You Wanna F" will be available on Monday, October 20th via Booty Call Records, and their anticipated second EP is due for release on BNR Trax in early 2015.  You can also catch RYME on Saturday, October 18th when they take the decks at Toronto's Studio Bar.

Give "See Lion Woman (Marquis Hawkes Inspired RYME Bootleg)" a listen on Soundcloud, and check out RYME on social media below.
