We love Tommie Sunshine's ability to stay in touch with fans, both in person and through his music, with his sudden appearances in the crowd at festivals, and ability to seemingly be everywhere that we are. This week he's put out another remix that is a reminder of why fans love his music, not just his presence, and how he's been able to find success with his Brooklyn Fire record label. Working with New Jersey producer Kastra, he's remixed Eric Sharp's deep house vision "808's in the Night," and though it's oddly categorized as minimal on Beaptort, it's much more than that. Venturing into techno and electro house realms, this track is surely a keeper, showcasing Tommie and Kastra's ability to let loose without preconceived notion. Check it out below.
