There is not much information about the collective called Mystress, but I can tell you one thing, that is, that this duo just unleashed a seriously trill track. “Talibands” was first heard on the second installment of the Certified Trap 2 soundtrack series that dropped just last week. So who are these guys? The Brooklyn based duo, Mike and Jackson, began collaborating on music in NYC while spending their days working the studio life in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Combining their love for hip-hop and electronic production with their passion for experimentation, the duo formed this group Mystress. Their sound and live set have naturally traversed into the flourishing sub-genre of trap that we are all now well versed in. Featuring cuts from B.O.B’s “Raybands”, the track in simple terms goes hard. It's up for free download, so go grab it, turn up the subs and get grimey y’all.
