One of Australia's most exciting new artists, 1tbsp kicks off his next chapter with “Soulseek,” a feverish collaboration with Colombian-American artist Soltera that feels like stepping into a warehouse at 3am and walking out somewhere entirely different. The first taste of his forthcoming album, it's also aligned with a four date residency at legendary London club Phonox.

The track opens in a tightly wound haze—moody, pulsing, and intimate. Soltera’s voice cuts through with a cool, punkish edge, There’s a raw physicality to the first half. Then 1tbsp flips the script. What begins as restrained tension blooms into a bright, unruly rush of prog-leaning techno, It’s chaotic in the best way—purposefully unpolished, fizzing with the energy of underground parties and DIY rave spaces. The track feels transformative, built on the idea of duality and convergence, with Soltera embodying a balance of force and vulnerability. There’s a sense of rebirth baked into its structure: descent, rupture, and finally, catharsis.

Beyond the single, 1tbsp has announced a North American run—dubbed the “bubble tour”—with Soltera joining as main support, signaling this creative partnership is just getting started.
