Buenos Aires duo Pacifica are back with their second album, In Your Face.
Inés Adam and Martina Nintzel first started out posting covers online, but what began as something small and homemade has grown into a wave of fans and sweaty, unforgettable shows around the world.
Their music pulls together the rough edges of early-2000s garage rock, the attitude of post-punk, and the emotional bite of ’90s alt, all held together by the kind of chemistry you only get between two close friends.
On In Your Face, that mix hits even harder.
The duo describe it as “an introspective journey that brushes through themes of heartbreak, betrayal, lust, spite, immaturity, and regret — all with a pinch of humor and light-heartedness.”
The focus track, “Indie Boyz,” leans into late nights, hazy clubs, and questionable decisions, delivered with a knowing smirk.
Other standouts, like “Fixer Upper” and “Just No Fun,” pick apart messy relationships and self-sabotage, while “What You Doing” spins emotional confusion into sharp guitar lines and sarcastic charm.
Overall, In Your Face captures the sound of growing up while trying not to lose your spark.
The album is about learning from mistakes, laughing at the absurdity of it all, and embracing both the chaos and the clarity that comes with it. It’s louder, bolder, and more self-aware, proving that there are truly no limits to Pacifica.
