Sharing what can only be described as a thrilling, emotive and captivating journey into vivid dreamscapes, Shadeh Rose's "Dream Cycle: Conspiracies" – showcases a unique blend of genres, influences and raw songwriting power. The UK songwriter delivers an emotive and raw approach to what she terms Alt-Jazz, yet her style transcends these boundaries, offering something truly distinct.

The track unfolds as a stream of musical consciousness, delving into the artist's heart and soul amidst trip-hop, ambient textures, and emotional turmoil. Each verse of the lyrics recounts a new "dream," revealing an innovative songwriting form that pushes artistic limits.

At its core, Shadeh Rose's project explores themes of growth, connection with nature, and healing. The single, born from prophetic nightmares experienced in late 2019 and early 2020, eerily foreshadowed a global event, with the chosen dream focusing on quarantine. The song concludes with a poignant line about a "figure in the mirror," symbolizing the necessary changes to break free from a cycle of nightmares. The artist explains

"Dream Cycle: Conspiracies is about nightmares I had in the winter of 2019-2020, and felt weirdly prophetic that the dream I chose for the focus was about a global event that resulted in quarantine…

It’s part of an album project with themes of growth and healing. The song ends with a line about a figure in the mirror that I’ve ignored, which represents the changes necessary to escape the cycle of nightmares.”
