The Trusted soar to new heights with “Levitate”

The Trusted has returned with a new single, “Levitate,” a track that seems like nothing but motion, and a rush of emotion that lifts you and won’t put you down. The indie-pop band once again showcases their ability to match heart-filled storytelling with cinematic soundscapes, and this new single is possibly their most euphoric moment yet.

From the first shimmering beat and guitar chords, “Levitate” unfurls like an introduction to a voyage, multiplying elements that feel charged with vitality and potential. The song perfectly mixes rich guitars, crisp percussion, and vocals to encapsulate love as something unattainable but entirely platonic. It has a pulse, the sort that will make you close your eyes, raise your hands in the air, and let yourself drift away in its rhythm.

At its center, “Levitate” is a love song, but not a soft one. Built for festival crowds, late-night drives, and those fleeting moments where connection feels bigger than life itself. As the Trusted tap into that euphoria that only music can generate, turning emotion into melody and melody into momentum.

In “Levitate,” The Trusted remind us why indie-pop perseveres, because it offers room for dreamers, romantics, and people who want to feel everything at once. Each chorus lands harder, each line from the guitar shines brighter until you’re fully ensnared in the band’s sonic pull.

If establishing their identity with “Levitate” is anything to go by, The Trusted are heading somewhere that you can’t look away from. This is music for the moments that make you feel infinite, and it’s evidence that The Trusted are only just beginning to soar.
