After generating some buzz with his latest single, Montreal singer, songwriter Jason Shay is back with seconds with a stylized video for "Feel Alive Again."
"Feel Alive Again" is the follow up to Shay's first single of the year, and just like the previous single, Shay is presenting mellow grooves and infectious verses. Shay's flow is perfect for fans of house-hop styled artists, it's suited for snappy beats and has the capacity to keep a high-tempo rhythm with smirky lines and a suave confidence.
Where the song gives a shy tease into Shay's creative lanes, the video adds an extra eye into not only his process, but his personal influence; going the personal video game route to demonstrate an eye for vivid colors and love for nostalgic gaming experiences. The animation, provided by Goodnight Azuto, combines mixed media, jumping from Mario 64 style of visuals to Shay's personal stylized world, broadening the world we see through his eyes and adding an extra texture of color to an already shining track.
