Salt Lake City based indie rock meets alternative rock band The Moss have just unleashed their latest single "Oasis" via S-Curve Records. The track is a highlight off of their new four track EP FREE RIDE , which also features the dark-hued cinematic single "Darkness".

With "Oasis", The Moss have created a song all about connection and how deep and transformative the feeling and experience is to be seen by someone. Even though that feeling is necessary, many times it is fleeting and with their new single The Moss narrates just that. Lyrics including, "Feeling my existential thoughts melt away / You became my oasis / And I let my arms down for good / My peace was right here next to you," show this theme. Musically, "Oasis" features stacked guitars, a hooky chorus and passionate vocals. The best part of the song is the end which culminates into a sonic explosion filled with playful keys, invigorating bass and enthralling drums.

"Oasis" perfectly captures The Moss’ knack for pairing deeply relatable storytelling with infectious and dynamic soundscapes. Their FREE RIDE EP is a body of work that showcases the band’s versatility. moving seamlessly from moody, cinematic moments to euphoric indie rock anthems. Alongside the EP, The Moss have also announced a highly anticipated tour, bringing their electrifying live energy across the country. With "Oasis," The Moss not only cement their place as one of the most exciting rising bands in indie rock, but also remind listeners of the healing power of music and connection.
