Sehore strikes again with “Husfikbur” [Album]

In 2025, Sehore returned with a vengeance, releasing their second full-length "Husfikbur". The follow-up to his acclaimed debut, "Ladencia," which showed everyone that they should be prepared for something different, this new album makes clear that Sehore isn’t a project but an ongoing exploration of unique sounds.

Husfikbur clocks in at 45 minutes and 15 seconds, filling up 14 tracks that have each been designed with elaborate attention to detail and immersive energy. Recorded at the legendary Paco Loco Studio and mastered by Mario G. Alberni at Kadifornia, Portraits has a sheen to it that belies the blood, sweat, and tears that went into creating such a balanced sound of finesse and fury concurrently.

Key tracks on the album include “Pesadilla,” which has already had international success, winning a Silver Medal at the Global Music Awards 2025. The track is the spirit of Sehore’s vision, never afraid to explore new territories and still keeps a hauntingly beautiful sense of melody and atmosphere. It’s a showpiece for the band’s knack for turning experimental sounds into something that’s completely accessible.

Yet Husfikbur doesn’t stop there. Songs like “Locura,” “Escape Room,” and “Armas” display Sehore’s diversity and daring. “Locura” builds to intensity in spirals, its textures layered in a way that’s both chaotic and cathartic. “Escape Room” embraces suspense and rhythm, drawing listeners into a hypnotic sonic landscape. Meanwhile, “Armas” smolders with urgency, mixing grit and reflection in a song dissolving long after it’s done.

What is particularly much about "Husfikbur" is its unity. For all of its variety, the album reads like a building block, not allowing any filler. Sehore showcases a phenomenal progression from their first project, confirming them as one of 2025’s most exciting new acts.

Out via MusicHunters Records, "Husfikbur" is a chapter that begins with inspiration and ends in daring experimentation. In music that defies category, Sehore draws listeners into a world in which each song is akin to a chapter in a much larger story.
