Brighton Desert-Grunge/ Alt-Rock trio Bones Ate Arfa unveil explosive offering “It’s All Good,” a fuzzy yet high-octane anthem steeped in emotional catharsis and self-aware chaos.
With snarling vocals layered upon distorted bass riffs, grungy guitars and pounding drums, the gritty sonics of the track juxtaposes an introspective reflection of our privilege. Led by intense instrumentals and thoughtful lyrics, the track showcases a raw outpouring emotion alongside a powerful burst of energy.
Speaking of the track, Arfa (bass/vocals) says, “It’s All Good is about how everything in the world seems so messed up, but you just carry on like everything’s ‘all good’. It’s introspective on realising our own privilege as well, like we’re out here doing what we love and playing shows all the time, even as a small band. And it’s like damn, we are so lucky to be able to do this.”
The track is set to be accompanied by an upcoming visual shot in Shoreham Skatepark, that delivers nostalgic nod to the golden age of punk skate culture. Made up of Bones, 8, and Arfa, Bones Ate Afra have quickly carved out a space for themselves with their winning combination of melodic soundscapes and explosive energy, as they continue to go from strength to strength with each new release.
