Logan Metz is a singer songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and past educator born in the midwest but most recently based in Los Angeles with his most notable gig being a touring performer with Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real.
While Metz is a member of this group, he has a lot of notable performances and accolades under his belt, and he was recently tapped in to feature music for the upcoming indie film, The Toast, written by Tom Meyers.
While most news of the film has been relatively quiet, Metz provided a single to promote the movie's soundtrack. "My Cup Runneth Over" is a jazzy, soulful folk tune that carries the warmth and light hearted nature of the location of Toledo, where the movie takes place.
