Seasoned Franco-English Londoner Frenchie shares her new single "Love Reservoir" as she prepares to release her self-titled debut album, out March 2025. The track sees her collaborating with fellow singer Frida Touray while the production is handled by UK jazz's impresario Femi Temowo (SAULT, Amy Winehouse) and drums from KOKOROKO's Ayo Salawu. The track sees Frenchie and Frida Touray sharing their thoughts on how to re-ignite the spark in a relationship by tapping into the essence, in other words, the love reservoir where it all began. Both singers deliver charming performances with sublime persuasive quality over the syncopated rhythms, warm chords and breezy guitar licks provided by their musical collaborators. This is a brilliant effort as audiences are given a taste of cultures, from UK soul/jazz to Afrobeat (as coined by the late Fela Kuti) and a touch of modern R&B with a live twist.
