Following on from PISCOLABIS two years ago, experimental French producer Golden Bug returns with the semi sensorial, heady and avant-garde fifth album PISCOLABIS II along side futuristic mind trip video for single "Red Wolf" ft. Phoebe Coco.
Pushing genre boundaries that explores deconstructed sounds, rock, spoken word, electronica and singer-songwriter elements, Golden Bug leads the album with it's equally eccentric music video for "Red Wolf" on the project. Featuring the melancholic and hypnotising vocals of Phoebe Coco, the Little Red Riding Hood protagonist in the video weaves amongst futuristic woodland landscapes of contrasting black and red hue backdrops designed by Pierre Magnol before being levitated into the stratosphere of the trippy universe to face the wolf.
The second in this 10 track project, each track from the album finds their own unique place on the album from dark western on "L’effet domino" ft. The Liminanas and Anna Jean to Japanese tales on "Hi No Tori" ft. The Liminanas & Vega Voga and the Berlin appeal on "Autobahn" ft. Ruben Kielmannsegge. PISCOLABIS II builds its own psychological environment to inhabit. As you sink deeper into it, the music takes on synesthetic turns, with textures swirling together, igniting the senses.
