Caleb Darger, from Salt Lake City, has just released a new Fault Line album. The album has 12 songs and combines folk, indie, and Americana music styles. He is good at creating music that makes you feel strong emotions and tells stories from his life.

In his album Fault Line, Darger discusses things like losing someone, finding himself, and our world. Old-time singers like Roy Orbison and folk musicians like Jim Croce and Cat Stevens inspire him. But he also talks about things happening today, like how we're hurting the environment and political problems. His music has the warm feeling of 70s folk music and the deep thoughts of modern indie music.

One of the best songs in the album is called "Alexandra." It's a touching song about Darger's little sister, with great guitar and harmonica parts. The song's lyrics talk about how being far from someone you love feels. "Alexandra" started as a classic country song, but it changed into a beautiful, melodic tribute showing how good Darger is at making music.

After taking a five-year break in Washington, D.C., to study and work, Darger has returned to his music with much energy. You can listen to Fault Line on all the big music websites, and there will be live shows and music videos in 2024.
