Emerging songstress Lea The Leox weaves powerful vocals through a mellow guitar loop on her latest release, “The Inevitable.” The accompanying music video features the singer dancing in a red-hued room as she stares into the camera with a seductive captivation. Each verse blends harmoniously into the track’s melody.

“The Inevitable” describes a steamy love affair that is equal parts lustful and pure. She sings the hook, “Trying not to overcomplicate it, but I’m thinking ‘bout you dreamin’ ‘bout you naked.” A female embraces the singer in the visual and begins dancing along to the beat. The sound is an alternative take on R&B with Latin-infused guitar strums and subtle bass. The chemistry between the two performers is palpable and enticing.

Despite the song’s forthright approach, its inspiration is complex and intellectual. She describes, “I had the idea of Newton’s third law, like with every action there is a reaction. I thought of an undeniable connection. Even in some toxic scenarios, no matter what you do, I push, and you pull. Our love is so undeniable, it transcends space, time, and binary.” With her insightful lyricism and incredible vocals, Lea The Leox is the next genre-bending artist worthy of super-stardom.

I am a digital marketer and publicist with a passion for A&R and music management. Originally from Southern California, I spent many years as a transplant in the Midwest in the St. Louis and Chicago areas. Now I am back in sunny Los Angeles. Besides my professional life, I enjoy music of all genres with a sweet spot for hip-hop/rap. I love my west coast rap and all things Tupac, Kendrick, Nipsey, etc. I am always down to go to a show, whether the venue be the smallest hole in the wall or the largest arena.
