With Love Saves The Day kicking off the UK summer festival season in Bristol this bank holiday weekend on 25th and 26th May, we have put together a list of DJ-producers to check out this year.

Amongst the DJ heavyweights like Dimension, Goldie, Camelphat, Rudimental and Sub Focus set to play, there are some not to miss acts that a deserve a mention heading to this year's festival and playing across Love Saves The Day's unique stages. We've got you covered with the finest in all corners of dance music that should be on your ones to watch list this weekend.

A For Alpha

We start with A For Alpha, who plays the Transmission stage 14:45PM – 16:00 on Saturday. Hugely inspired by the 90s and its decade worth of genre bending music, A For Alpha has forged a sound that combines the worlds of garage, chunky house flavours and throttling techno tracks. As a Bristol based artist, Love Saves The Day once again continue to champion local rising talent. To get an idea of what to expect from A For Alpha on Saturday, check out one of her weekly radio shows on Bristol's SWU FM. Whilst not behind the decks, the DJ-producer is also heading up her own Alpha's Trip Records – a label and party inspired by the 90s underground including her own releases and fellow local artists.

Todd Edwards

Meanwhile, on the Centre stage playing 16:30PM – 18:00PM is house and garage legend Todd Edwards. Back on the road with a jam packed tour schedule  for 2024, Edwards has already earned a stellar music career spanning over 25 years. His signature vocal sampling across dance beats and bass lines has set him apart from his peers, now credited as one of the Godfathers of UKG amongst fans. He joins the Love Saves The Day lineup as part of Defected's takeover on the Centre stage, check out what to expect in a very rare mix below.

Storm Mollison

Moving onto Sunday, Storm Mollison graces the Brouhaha stage from 15:00PM – 16:30PM. Not afraid to shy away from multiple genres in her mixes, expect anything from disco, UKG, hip-hop and house. Also a resident on Rinse FM, check out one of her shows to get a taste of what to expect. Alongside her Rinse residency, Storm has already made waves across the festival and club circuit, playing the likes of Lost Village, Junction 2, ION and Glastonbury to name a few whilst taking over room 3 at Fabric for an all night long debut where she also provided a mix for their podcast series.

Lovefoxy

On the Paradise Lost stage playing 14:00PM-15:30PM is rising DJ-producer Lovefoxy. Hailing from Berlin, Lovefoxy is cutting through the noise with a unique blend of 90's influenced house that packs an energetic punch. Not even at the peak of her career and she has already landed her own Boiler Room set and played at Berghain, with a whole host of shows to come across Awakenings, Tomorrowland, Melt! Festival and more. With her SLUTHOUSE EP coming on 31st May, make sure to keep an ear out in her set this weekend.

Badger

Closing out the Teachings In Dub stage from 21:00-22:00 is none other than viral music maker Badger. Pushing the boundaries of music wherever her can, the DJ-producer has just scored a dance hit collaboration with Natasha Bedingfield, remaking "These Words". In his sets, Badger bounces between garage, bass line, house, jungle, drum and bass and everything in between. Expect the unexpected this weekend as the DJ-producer is sure to pull out some of the best bangers old and new and of course some crowd pleasing wild cards.
