After thrilling us with a bit of "Unique" vibes in her last release, West Coast-based, Detroit-born singer-songwriter Odelet returns with "Mesh" as she prepares to drop her new album PISCES PIE later this month.
"Mesh" is a self-produced piano-driven ballad, rich in layered vocal arrangement with airy melodies lined with soft grooves that build up slowly into an emotional crescendo on the chorus.
The track showcases Odelet's knack for painting heartfelt pictures with an insightful and melancholic songwriting style. This is augmented by her off-center soundscape that uses the piano as its base instrument with dark moody textures and dusty grooves.
