Midlands-based singer-songwriter Dom Malin returns with his latest single, "Hurricane", a soulful track that tackles finding love amidst life's storms. Reflecting on the aftermath of personal and societal challenges, Malin's heartfelt lyrics resonate with a serene calmness, defying the conventional image of chaos associated with its namesake. Produced by Jonathan Anderson, known for his work with Ocie Elliot and Field Guide, "Hurricane" blends indie-folk acoustic textures with introspective storytelling, reminiscent of Malin's previous works like "Eye of the Storm" and "Surface".
Malin shares, “This song champions the courage to overcome hardships and finding solace in acknowledging the past as part of your story.” His journey in music began at 12, inspired by a Green Day performance, and has since led to acclaim as the artist of the week on BBC Introducing Lincolnshire and support from platforms like Mahogany.
