Catpack is the new musical project formed by LA trio Amber Navran (of Moonchild), Jacob Mann and Phil Beaudreau, who bring together their unique and respective styles under a cat-themed moniker. Their latest release "Walk Away" is a surreal and sublime piece made up of layered keys, lush synth pads and leads with dreamy textures and a prevalent bassline that is underpinned by ethereal strings and a thumping drum break to complete the mission. Over the illustrious production is the superb, heartwarming vocal performance by Amber Navran who seamlessly transports listeners into this warm, comforting zone where worries are drowned out by her soothing and earworm melodies.
Jacob is a producer, Amber Narvan plays flute and produces in Catpack, and Phil Beaudreau plays trumpet, sings and produces as well.
