West African-born, Berlin influenced and Brooklyn based afro-house innovator AMÉMÉ breathes new life into his signature One Tribe event series as the artistic collective prepares to unify for a major impact across 2024.

Set to re-launch the curated, unique, and unforgettable afro-house experience from which his collective made their name, the revitalized editions of One Tribe will debut at the legendary fabric in London on February 2nd, 2024 with additional launch dates to be imminently announced in major cities like Amsterdam and New York. For the London debut, AMÉMÉ will be joined by Bontan, Kitty Amor, and Philou Louzolo for an unforgettable evening of dynamic afro-house programming in Room 2 of London’s legendary club for One Tribe’s first signature event in 4 years.

One Tribe is an artistic endeavor and global collective that encompasses the 3 pillars of  Hubert Sodogandji, AKA AMÉMÉ’s identity – music, art, and fashion. Originally conceived in the Fall of 2017, One Tribe initially launched as a curated event series. The concept of One Tribe expanded in 2020 into the boutique record imprint that showcased the seminal sounds that came to define AMÉMÉ. Quickly introducing innovative sounds and forward-thinking approaches to the genre, One Tribe quickly became an identifying home of Hubert’s coined brand of ‘AMÉMÉ house’. As the project gained early traction in New York, One Tribe swiftly came to find itself at the heart of Brooklyn’s electronic music scene, securing a steady event showcase at Bushwick’s beloved House of Yes. 2021 saw AMÉMÉ's rise to prominence as an in-demand, internationally touring act in afro-house accumulating major plays at Coachella, Tomorrowland, regular bookings at Jamie Jones’ Paradise events, clubs all across Ibiza, ADE, and many more.

All facets of One Tribe reflect the spirit of the diverse community that the brand is built upon. Bridging cultural gaps, the tenets of One Tribe are community, diversity, innovation, passion, and creativity. Across 2022 and 2023 One Tribe's record imprint has become home to a new wave of talent, with some fresh faces making their debuts such as Bontan, enoo napa, NenaHalena, ARKADYAN, Nhii, Lazrusman, and more. Closing out 2023 by placing #15 on Beatport’s afro-house label charts, One Tribe is well ahead in its’ rise to prominence as a power player in afro-house and beyond.

As the concept of One Tribe evolves, the brand continues to explore new avenues for expanding its community-centric ethos into additional creative spaces within culture and the arts. Hubert Sodogandji continues to grow through the development of his artistry – painting a promising picture for the future of his collective with a crystal clear message that we are all One Tribe.
