Veteran grime act Manga Saint Hilare is an OG whose legacy was cemented from his days with the now-defunct legendary UK grime pioneering group Roll Deep. He has released 5 projects in total with more than a handful of singles and collaborations and two nominations for Best Grime Act 2020 & 2022’ by the prestigious MOBO awards. With all the accolades piling up, Manga is not resting on his oars as he returns to form with his new single "Exercise" featuring Leicester-based Kamakaze and producer MoreNight. As the title suggests, the track lives up to expectations as listeners are dazzled with a barrage of rapid machine gun flows, and complex rhyme patterns tied up by a relatable and motivational hook to complete the mission with a simple line "Still run tings like exercise". Over MoreNight's energetic backdrop, Manga sets the tone with a masterclass rap performance filled with insight, lines like "Took L's but they got rectified/My whole pattern got redesigned/They tried rapping with my peace of mind/I was losing my way but I see the signs" dives into his journey as he acknowledges the downtimes and how he has patterned up for greater things. Kamikaze is not far behind and continues on with a proclamation "And my rate goes up like house pricing/I take the cake 'cause I bake the cake/I won't take the cake without icing" and closes it out with "Straight from the heart, and straight back to you".

The visual also taps into the upbeat energy and makes use of engaging visual effects, performance shots with cinematic aesthetics and stylish transitions that capture both rappers' distinct styles.
