Boston lyrical titan M-Dot, is still making waves with his newest album, Ego and the Enemy 2: A Dissolute Paradise, but he is not to rest on his oars as he drops a new one-off single "Sonya" featuring his EMS collective. Over the dark and ominous backdrop provided by Cologne, Germany-based producer Mekkanic, M-Dot links with Benefit, Kore and Revalation for a gripping tale of a deceptive femme fatale who is focused on attaining her goals by trapping her victims with her enthralling beauty. M-Dot sets it off with a vivid tale of lust turning to tragedy, this is followed by the different perspectives from the other emcees who bring listeners deep into the mix of the action.
