Jontha Links is a pop-rock duo that first met as colleagues in a Silicon Valley research lab. Tapping into their love for music, the two engineers up and left their jobs to pursue their career in music. Quickly becoming a fan-favourite through DIY music festivals and YouTube, the duo is finally preparing for the release of their upcoming EP – Material Love.

Jontha Links released the first taste of their upcoming EP on September 15, hero and material love. Combining pop-rock guitar melodies with 2010s nostalgia, indie-style bars, and a crisp vocal mix, the single sets then stage for their next release – already hyping it up to be catchy and lyrical. The duo executes masterfully crafted vocal melodies, exemplified by the line "I'll be your Superman for you / I'll be your Batman for you / You'll be my MJ baby, I think you'd like that". To top it all off, the single dropped alongside a visually stunning music video – directed by YCB, who spends most of his time crafting videos for the likes of  Dijon, Harry Styles, and The Weeknd. A story-packed music video filled with wild effects and vibrant colours, this is the music video + single package we didn't know we needed – until now.
