Eclectic singer, rapper, and producer Tennin delivers her new effort "French Kiss", which is a vibrant female empowerment anthem that implores women to embrace their true being in all aspects. The self-produced track has a dark pop aesthetic with upbeat hip-hop drums underpinned by Tennin's sultry vocals.
Tennin's unapologetic demeanour shines through as she toys with the common stereotypes about French women and their sexuality. She sees it as a source of confidence and encourages all women to arm themselves with their natural gifts and not bow down to the system. As expected, Tennin goes for a nonconforming melodic style steeped in off-beat and accented inflections and of course tops it up with vivid and sassy lyrics like "You say I'm elusive, you say I'm rude, so not being classy but I make the rules".
