Rising singer/songwriter Elly J Devon started singing at a young age and won a singing scholarship to Wells Cathedral School where she was classically trained and honed her voice. Shortly after, she developed an interest in soul and jazz music and hasn't looked back since.
Her latest release "Unstoppable" is an anthemic song for individual empowerment and a reminder for us to stand on our rights and be unified against the powers that be. The track is made up of punchy drum grooves, rich piano riffs, layered pads and guitar riffs underpinned by Elly's commanding vocal runs and politically charged songwriting that invites us to come together as one and build a better world. She sets the tone with the proclamation "You say river, yeah, I say mountain, we are unstoppable" and continues on with a rousing funky performance that will get you out of your seats and go out and make a change.
Elly J Devon released her debut Soliloquy in 2020 and now is fully focused on her solo career while pushing herself in the liver performance arena. She will be performing in different events between London and Devon.
She also has multiple singles lined up for release and an album in 2024.
