Los Angeles born and bred singer/songwriter Goldie Vargas has just shared her latest indie pop banger. Called "Hold My Hand", the new single follows the release of her song "Same Mistakes" shared earlier this year.

With "Hold My Hand", Goldie Vargas writes a cathartic song all about the mixed emotions following a breakup. Even though the past hurt and love lost can be painful, Goldie takes an empowering stance to the end of the relationship. Lyrics including, "Hold my hand / take me to a better place / I’ll learn how to stand on my own without you, I can change my plans / no I won’t forget about you", show she is ready to welcome a new future, all on her own. Sonically, "Hold My Hand" is an expansive and lushly layered pop single featuring soaring vocals and a sing-a-long worthy chorus. Bright guitars, driving drums and steady synths underlay Goldie's signature honey-laced vocals for a must listen.

Goldie Vargas is known as a free spirited artist and musician who impresses listeners with her brand of dreamy, sun-drenched indie pop. Inspired by the likes of 70s classic rock, Maggie Rogers, Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo and more, Goldie Vargas has an uncanny ability to combine nostalgic sounding releases with a fresh and modern sensibility. Take a listen to "Hold My Hand" now and dance to your own tragedy.
