Sasha Gurney, the singer-songwriter and producer, known by her stage name Tragic Sasha, has released a new EP titled The End of The World. This collection of indie electronica showcases a masterful combination of intense synth chords and skilled pop songwriting, interwoven with nostalgic harmonies. Throughout the EP, Tragic Sasha consistently employs her soft vocals in ballad tracks such as "Head Over Heels" and "Hangover", evoking a dreamy pop ambiance that demonstrates her talent for production. Each track on the EP is a skillful blend of pop, indie, and electronica elements, which together create a distinct and signature sound.

On the other hand, the gifted artist's songs, namely "My Biggest Problem" and "The End Of The World", exude a somber ambiance characterized by sustained bass notes and powerful electronic drums. These tracks highlight the artist's captivating vocals and impactful percussion, evoking a highly emotive experience for the listener.

Sasha talks on her project, “this EP is probably some of the darkest stuff I've released to date. I wanted the whole EP to have a dark undertone running throughout the tracks, as they've come out of a tumultuous time- written mostly in the UK during the pandemic, Brexit etc, and now being released in a cost of living crisis and environmental chaos. I think most people have been feeling really anxious the last few years and I felt it was important to capture that. The End Of The World in particular, I wanted to hone in on this turbulence and voice some of the panic people might be feeling about the future.”
