New Zealand artist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer Josef Scott shares an emotional alt R&B meets indie pop new single. Entitled "Make It Alright", the track is the second of the year following the single "Interlude".
With "Make It Alright", Josef Scott writes a heartfelt and triumphant track all about the power of love. Lyrics including, "Can’t you see I feel more alive when you’re around? / l'll make it alright /you make it alright (Make it, i'll make it oh)," show just how a close relationship can influence someone's world for the better, touching them in a deep and profound way. Musically, "Make It Alright" highlights seductive, layered, soul-drenched vocals singing floating melodies over slow-burned basslines. Enticing and intoxicating are two words to best describe "Make It Alright", a decadent mix of alt R&B, pop and Jazz.
Josef Scott hails from Auckland, New Zealand where he began his creative career in the film industry working for Netflix. Drawn to creating music and realizing that is his path, the songwriter released his debut four song EP Epilogue last year.
