Toronto-based hip-hop artist Grabbz has been putting out an impressive catalog of music since 2022. Boasting masterpieces such as "Toonies Loonies" and "Corona Free", the Canadian artist mixes melodies with groove, murdering any beat he lays his hands on. A perfect example of this is his latest single, "Dolla for Dolla".
Existing fans would be surprised by "Dolla for Dolla", as Grabbz suddenly switches from his signature boom-bap esc style to darker trap – reminiscent of Lil Baby. Despite the change in style, Grabbz pours his all into Dolla for Dolla – matching the energy of previous tracks.
Boundless lyricism meets shocking delivery, with some wild bars flowing over top hard-hitting 808s in an ambient soundscape. Not to mention the skill level of his rhymes.
