The son of Sierra Leonean Parents, LesTheGenius (Leslie Robbin-Coker) was born in Edmonton London, England and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Inspired by other Carolina natives such as J.Cole, Rapsody, and 9th Wonder, Les is able to create a unique style focused on socially conscious, intelligent lyrics enhanced through his rhythmic delivery over jazz-influenced tracks.
