Vienna-born and now Berlin-based singer-songwriter and producer narou has released his latest single "running in circles" via Good Luck Kid Records. The three-and-a-half-minute track explores a gentle, warming sound of his softer electronic production style. For narou, his music allows him to reflect on key issues and moments, as his process allows him to transform thoughts to music.
Speaking on the new single, narou writes about his inspiration and meaning from past relationships – "It feels weird to know that there are people out there that were really close to you not long ago and now they almost feel like strangers. After a relationship that is usually what happens. When something ends something new begins and that somehow still vivid memory of the past fades into darkness very quickly. There is no right or wrong way in handling these situations and it often makes our minds run in circles. If we could go back in time would we do anything differently?".
The track comes with a gorgeous video showcasing a journey into narou's own emotions. It's a stunning visual that looks like it was a lot of fun to create, taking Narou to some beautiful scenery to match with a lush piece of musical composition.
