Noah Klein shares new single "letshaveducksauceatginnys2n8"

German-American multi-instrumentalist and producer Noah Klein has been building his reputation for his eclectic, experimental pop-infused music. Klein is a man who wears many hats, from incorporating his interest in art and flash photography into his musical portfolio and travelling. After spending some considerable dive in Barcelona and planting his feet deep into the Berlin musical scene, he is set to release his new project whatdidyoudo2me, but in the interim, he gifts listeners with the lead single "letshaveducksauceatginnys2n8".

The self-produced track is built on brooding textures, melancholic guitar plucks, off-beat sound design and a solid head-nodding groove that are all underpinned by a slightly distorted vocal tone, unique melodic and carefree drawl. His lyrics are quite unfiltered and burst out in a stream-of-consciousness fashion but also exude a lot of retrospective elements as well.

"letshaveducksauceatginnys2n8" is taken from  whatdidyoudo2me, a four-track EP which is written in the third person, with Noah Klein as the deliberately unreliable narrator. The soundscape throughout the EP itself jumps from lighthearted to melancholic, and yet provides the perfect backdrop to the series of cautionary tales. The record was born out of an immersive musical retreat, where Noah invited producers Bearcubs and Aud Syn to experiment with sound production and vintage cassette recorders to find the EP's wide range of sounds.

This fall Noah will be joining Bearcubs on tour in North America and Europe, taking the stage at renowned venues including The Drake Hotel in Toronto, The Echo in Los Angeles and Elsewhere in Brooklyn.
