Oxford-hailing indie rock six-piece Jody and the Jerms delves into obsession on jangly pop-rock single “Waves,” rooted in crisp vocals and sweet instrumentation infused with lush synths and guitars.
The melodic track which came to life over the course of one lazy Sunday afternoon have established a reputation for easy-flowing, prolific lyricism and an uplifting blend of indie/alt/jangle rock, continue to hone their melodic musicality in their latest production as well.
Having formed just in 2019, the band who dropped their second album Flickerin March 2022 are already planning their next album for March of next year, also set to take their infectious sound live with more shows – their newest production being a catchy peek at their ever-evolving talent.
