UK multi-talented singer/songwriter Saina returns with this retrospective tune titled "What a time to live in." The R&B/soul/hip-hop-infused record sees her musing on the current state of affairs and how the world has vastly changed.
Bolstered by Ojay Beats' nostalgic production and Joseph Oti’s live trumpet, Saina shares her thoughts on the way we all live our lives, from social constraints to social media dependency and more, she digs deep into the dynamics of it all and wonders if we will ever escape the never-ending cycle.
It's been a while since we heard from her, but Saina surely delivers the goods on this latest track, with such gripping lyrics that mirror the society and world at large and her pained emotional melodic runs cut through the mix and linger on long after the music has stopped.
"What a time to live in," is Saina's third release and while no full-length project has been associated with it, we hope to get more music from her in the nearest future.
