After dropping their single "Knockturnal" last month the duo of UK producer Remulak and Brooklyn-based rapper Justo The Mc return with their second single titled "Caliente." The record makes use of a classic Isaac Hayes sample made popular by Public Enemy and Remulak flips it in his own unique way. From the ominous layered piano riffs, horns, and pulsating basslines, the track also benefits from an upbeat groove that makes it vibrant. As the title suggests, it's just Justo in bravado mode throughout with playful lines like "A little bit of swag but the flow's bonkers/ Shorty rock from Uptown, I don't mean Yonkers"
"Caliente" is lifted from the duo's forthcoming 11-track LP which features guest appearances from Van Ward, Don Casper, Jazz T, DJ Madhandz & Eddie Skratch.
The album is available to pre-order now on yellow vinyl, black vinyl & digital here.
