It seems Lagos-based record label Chocolate City is entering a new phase as they unveil their latest act Young Jonn the wicked producer, shortly after announcing Noon Dave's debut for the label. Young Jonn is not green to the game and as a producer, he has made his mark with hits for artists like Olamide, Naira Marley, and more recently Lil Kesh. "Dada" serves as Young Jonn's debut for Chocolate City and sees him switching fully into artist mode with no restraints. The self-produced track is hypnotic, warm, and ethereal and features Young Jonn's nonchalant vocal runs ripe with catchy melodies that aim to please the ladies. He exudes the spirit of a man in love and ready to do what he must for his girl as he reminds her to treat him good and she will be in for a great time.
"Dada" is the focus single from Young Jonn's forthcoming EP, Love Is Not Enough Vol. 1 ( scheduled for April 1, 2022).
