London based Casually Here's expansive and ambitious second album Possible Worlds is set for release via Algebra Records on April 1st. Named in reference to the Fermi Paradox, his latest single "The Great Filter" is a galactic cheer to the future. “We don’t know whether we’ve passed the Great Filter as a species or whether it still lies ahead, but here’s to raising a glass to the trillions that might come if we don’t screw this up!,” he shares. Centred around a joyful synth bassline, it’s a momentum-fuelled sound design odyssey, ready for the dancefloor.

Casually Here (AKA Nic Nell) is a multidisciplinary artist, composer, sound designer & record producer with a background in art & mathematics. He recently produced, co-wrote & mixed Orlando Weeks’ (The Maccabees) acclaimed album A Quickening, and collaborated on an electronic art/dance album titled Many Worlds with Lawrence Hart (Hotflush Recordings.) The latter was released as a series of EPs and received huge support in the dance world from the likes of  George Fitzgerald, Sasha and The Blessed Madonna, and he is also half of both Young Colossus & art pop duo Rainer.
His upcoming album, Possible World's seven sprawling tracks explore bifurcating possible futures at this precarious point in history, all whilst maintaining an innate sense of optimism. The record explores these themes with acoustic and electronic instruments, analogue hardware, field recordings and sound design, using modern studio tools to push the sonic boundaries of both the dancefloor and home-listening.
