French singer TENNIN has followed up "TENNIZER" with something fresh titled "Totally," continuing her slew of releases for the year. She once again handles the production duties and writing bringing her unique twist on R&B and dark pop styles. The somber track sees her reflecting on an impossible relationship and the pain that comes with it. The production is quite moody and makes use of ominous pads with tiny arpeggios and synths layered over a sparse soft drum groove. The minimalistic style sure augments TENNIN's soothing melodic runs that exude a 90s R&B vibe ultimately blending the old and new in a seamless fashion.
"Totally" is the lead single from TENNIN's forthcoming debut EP but she also mentioned via email that she will be dropping some more singles before the EP arrives.
