Solemn Brigham finds his way out of the "Vantablack"

After pairing up with producer L'Orange for an exciting run of music releases, Solemn Brigham is back on his solo mission as he drops a new single "Vantablack." This time he teams up with producer Scud One who laces him with the most effective backdrop ripe with solemn guitar riffs, airy vocal samples, and sparse drum grooves to boot. Armed with his distinct vocal tone that is part gruff and soft, Brigham injects a bit of melody and vivid poetry into his repertoire as he takes us deep into the alleyways where souls hardly ever get saved. As the title suggests, the topic dives into the darkest part in the hood where people often ignore to the detriment of the residents who live there and have to go through hurdles and traps with little to no help in sight. I will confess, I had to look up the meaning of the song title to fully get the metaphor behind Brigham's lyrics and for lack of a better word, his world is pitch black.

"Vantablack" is taken from Solemn Brigham's upcoming album South Sinner Street album which is scheduled to drop on Fri, Sept 24th via Mello Music Group. The project boasts production from L'Orange, The Lasso, Supa K, and others.
