Tall Heights sparks hope with "Hear it Again"

Boston-based indie duo Tall Heights return with a powerful road trip-inspired track entitled “Hear it Again". Blending soul-bearing lyrics over profound indie soundscapes, this uplifting anthem inspires hope, dreams, and bright visions for the future ahead. After over a year in the pandemic, the track gives us a break from the chaos by offering a reflection on purpose through a cinematic journey radiating with encouragement and nostalgia.

Soaring vocals, fluid harmonies and lush soundscapes embody the track, while the thumping of the drum ignites a feeling of optimism and vigor. It’s the kind of song that makes you want to roll your windows down and take the journey, wherever it may lead. In a time of uncertainty, this is definitely a song that will soothe your soul and evoke passion at the same time. The band confides, " 'Hear It Again' is a reverberating cry from the days of quarantine, a cry that has joyfully been answered. The writing process started on a pre-pandemic tour with Ben Folds, and was finished and recorded in pandemic isolation. The song is impregnated with this tension between 2 lost sanctuaries : home at home and home on the road. As the lines blur between the two, ultimately a feeling prevails that there is only one course back to peace for Tall Heights : back on tour."

Ironically, Tall Heights has realized their dream and is currently back on tour in North America for their “Backyard Show,” which is an intimate live performance by the band with over 17 backyard locations around the country to date. The band has built a solid fanbase since their start,  touring with groups such as Judah & the Lion,  The Paper Kites, and Magic Giant to name a few.

Listen to Tall Heights’ new single “Hear it Again” for your ultimate dose of summer optimism.
