Emerging ATL-based singer-songwriter Kareen Lomax shares the video for her single "Get Right." The guitar-driven piece is a pure display of the singer's gripping songwriting that is laced with heartfelt lyrics and an impassioned vocal tone. On the record, Lomax reflects on a toxic relationship and the dynamics that make life unfold as she finally struggles to find her own inner peace and sanity.
The visual plays on the topic and goes for a playful concept of a fix-my-emotions call center. Lomax plays the central character who listens to callers all day trying to find answers to their problems but the catch is, the solution is actually within them. The cinematic visual is colorful and follows the concept to the t with its gripping set pieces and actors who portray individuals with different sets of personal issues.
Lomax is also a songwriter and her past work includes the breakout hit “Looking For Me” with Diplo and British producer Paul Woolford. She also wrote Maroon 5’s “Nobody’s Love.”
"Get Right" is taken from Kareen Lomax's new 7 track LP Hard Feelings get it on all platforms here.
