LGBTQA+ indie rock outfit PHNTMS unleash their latest visuals "Carabelle." The stunning single shines with warm, melodies and gentle acoustic guitars. Telling a familiar tale of a tumultuous relationship coming to an end, the song is about knowing that you still choose to be with that person despite the glaring red flags. The scenic video showcases breathtaking views of Philadelphia and its minimalistic beauty pairs seamlessly with the awe-striking vocals.
The Philadelphia-based band consists of Alyssa Gambino, Adam Jessamine, Mikal Smith, and Gene Murphy. Creating offerings filled with relatable themes such as relationships and navigating the challenges of growing up, listeners connect deeply to their profound musical messages.
With half the band identifying as queer, they aim to be a voice for that community and provide support to them in any way they can. Murphy confides, “We openly talk about lesbian relationships in our music and we want to bring hope to anyone who is in the closet and doesn’t feel safe coming out. Whether you are out as queer or not, your identity is valid and if our music helps you escape heteronormativity for a brief moment.” Check out the new picturesque visuals now and get lost in this dazzling release.
