Tony Seltzer and A Lau team up with Jay Critch on "Money Talk" ahead of new mixtape, Avenues

Veteran beat-making duo and loyal-to-the-soil New Yorkers, Tony Seltzer and A Lau have released the second teaser from their upcoming mixtape, Avenues. The single, titled "Money Talk," follows the pair's collaboration with Wiki: "Cash Out." The project is the result of years of work pushing the city's sound in Soho's Off Record Studios, producing and collaborating with rappers from New York and beyond.

"Money Talk" pairs the production tandem with New York's, Jay Critch. Critch has been producing huge tracks since 2017 like "Ego," "Don't @ Me," and "Fashion" with Rich The Kid. This is his fourth single of the year and follow's 2019's collaborative Rich Forever 4 with Rich The Kid and Famous Dex.

Similarly to "Cash Out," "Money Talk" opens with a somber piano moment before bouncing into crystalline, citrus synth-leads. Critch's dual threat tendencies are on display again here, showing his ear for a hook as well as his flamboyant pen game. With lines like, "got my mind on a check / I recline in a jet / got no time to be stressed," the track is a much needed moment for relaxation and sure to be perfect for summertime in the city.

Avenues is due August 7th. For updates, follow Tony Seltzer and Adrien Lau below.
