Big Wild debuts Superdream: Analog Sessions with stripped down "No Words'

Big Wild has been celebrating his successes with more productivity. Last week, he sold out Red Rocks for his debut show. This week, he's announcing a new EP and a slew of additional shows through early 2020.

The American artist has many talents: electronic producer, composer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, live performer and engineer, just to name a few, and he showcased them on his debut album Superdream that was released in 2018. Now, he's joining artists like Above & Beyond and deadmau5 in stripping back the electronic production from some of his favorites from his album, and will be releasing Superdream: Analog Sessions on October 4 via Counter Records.

The first song released from the EP, "No Words," takes a wholly acoustic view of the original, emphasizing the use of guitars and vocals. "I've always imagined 'No Words' as a vocals, guitar, open mic night type of song and the Analog Sessions captures that intimacy. This version is a balancing act between rawness and refinement, which to me, is at the core of the song."

"No Words" is the first of five Analog Sessions tracks to be released.

Superdream: Analog Sessions Track listing:
1. No Words (Analog Sessions)
2. City of Sound (Analog Sessions)
3. Maker (Analog Sessions)
4. Purple Sand (My Home) [Analog Sessions]
5. 6's to 9's (feat. Rationale) [Analog Sessions]
