MC Bravado and OnCue's thought-provoking collaborative new single "This Is Gold" just got flipped into a dancefloor-ready jam by EDM DJ/producer Marat Leon.
The original record, produced by J57, sees Bravado trying to stay focused in a world where things get taken for granted. He talks about how the game has changed but rather than being consumed with regrets, he is grateful for every little win. You can check it out here.
Marat Leon, on the other hand, goes full throttle as he takes the emotion-filled vocals of the Baltimore wordsmith and layers it with an eclectic blend of summery synths and solid four-on-the-floor grooves. He also goes further by doing a fresh take on OnCue's infectious hook, giving it that classic dance vocal manipulation to keep the energy going.
